By 200, you mean the ~300 that saw it minus the 95 that liked it? If so, then yeah, I think that's what it means. I think it was presented to and seen by 303 users, of which 96.7 were your followers. Of those who saw it, 95 hearted it an 16 commented. The other ~200 just kept scrolling. That looks to me like a great response rate. I have about 640 followers. My most recent posts had 200-300 views, 50-60 likes, and 0 comments.

People see and do not hit the like button all the time. I personally know people who never “like” anything but see everything. It is what it is. 🤷🏾‍♂️
