I don’t do it very often, but I needed to get over the awkwardness too. Maybe it helps to film a few minutes without needing to post it? Film it, watch it back, maybe edit a bit and see how you feel about it? If you don’t post it it will still be a cool thing to keep and look at in a couple years :)
