You're right. There's absolutely no way in hell a school would cooperate with parents and children in need unless they were being subsidized to do so by a bloated government beaurocracy that has yet to pay positive numbers in its 40 year existence.

Department of Ed is a joke that puts funding ahead of education so that administrators can have bloated salaries - teachers are paid barely anything and forced to teach curriculum that is completely nonsensical- children are treated like prisoners forced to sit in chairs all day with no fresh air or sunshine and then parents are told they have add or adhd because they’re squirming and told they need medication- a revamp is needed across the board- by Trump or otherwise!
