We have maternity leave that starts 70 days before due date, then 70 days after delivery there is a sick leave and then maternity leave starts for 18 months. Latvia 🇱🇻😎

That's amazing, and how it should be everywhere! If not longer for maternity. I'm in New Zealand and we get 26 weeks paid by the government, not at your full pay though, and 26 weeks unpaid after that so 1 full year
