We can’t call you anymore. Kiddo has FERPA rights now. Kiddo is 18. Kiddo needs guidance and is now being asked to learn to fly a plane and build it all at once. Kiddo is going to cry and cry about the work because kiddo never expected to be challenged in a college setting. Someone didn’t prepare them for what college meant and might mean. So, you, parent of a now senior, you might be getting close to celebrating a milestone and Yay! You should! And you should do some soul searching, too!
