I guess I’m starting my 2025 garden today! One pound of Sante Shallots (about 40 rounds) arrived in the mail completing an order from this spring that I totally forgot about ordering. Anyway, the directions say to plant right away on arrival. I’m in zone 5a Sauk County Wisconsin. It’ll probably take a day or two for me to decide a spot and get it prepared.
