So much of using Figma at a mid to large organization is trying to fake a file system that isn't there for the purposes of file organization, sane versioning, etc. It's SO WEIRD that this is the state of the art tool for doing this work. It's so wildly insufficient for most tasks that aren't simply drawing screen designs.

19 小時內	Jason Alexander j.alexander.art	I was one of 2 product designers for a mid-large size startup and once had a non-designer come into a file during off hours and COMPLETELY destructively rearrange everything in it without giving a heads up first. I was luckily able to revert to a previous version and arrange the file in a way that worked for everyone, but yeah there’s definitely some work to be done with files.
