Trump kept going back to the bullshit narrative of millions of migrants coming into our country, etc., etc. He was asked why he interfered with passing the legislation that would address the border crisis and of course he did not answer the question. I think it was a huge missed opportunity that he was not pressed again and again to answer the question, “why did you interfere with the legislation to protect the border if you think it’s such a huge problem?”
