I rely on Ingram for in-person sales until I can find a reliable local printer. The main reason is the groundwood paper option and the slightly better quality. For smaller orders (I've never done more than 200) it takes about 3 weeks if I don't expedite anything. I do events regularly enough that I reorder when my supply dips below 50 for any book
