I have been seeing lately a lot of posts about solo travels for women and why they discourage women to do it. I am not saying solo travel is for everyone, because it is not, but to discourage those who would want to do it and instill fear and doubt is such a step backward for women. Doing your due diligence prior to your travels and trusting your instincts will help solo travels a little less dangerous.
