🖤🤞🏽When we discuss Madame Vice President and her Blackness, can we please stop using her sorority and HBCU attendance as the sole bases? Let's point out her heritage, her culture and her story so we aren't negating her factual lineage. It's wonderful that we can acknowledge that she attended an HBCU and is an AKA, yet neither of these prove who she is as they are inclusive. Her father does. Her mother does. Her existence does. She is Black by blood, not by education or pledge.🤞🏽🖤
