I can drive or ride in a car with no problem, but ordering a shower chair makes me feel like throwing up. Trauma and the way the brain works are just WEIRD. 2/2

3 小時內	kitty.bombay	I hear you. It’s weird the things that can set off traumatic memories. I’m sorry for all you went through. I was in a car accident and have a brain injury from it. So I actually DO get that physical things can set off trauma in the system. My only suggestion would be to reframe it and remember these aren’t needed for serving. These are for thriving. A knee replacement is going to help you thrive. I hope all goes well for your surgery and recovery. I have had 3 clients this year have one
