Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 2 Corinthians 5:7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight. Religious Faith involves a stance toward some claims that are not demonstrable by reason or evidence. It is possible to hold a religious belief simply on the basis either of faith alone, without justified reason.
