For those of you who wake up before 7AM everyday, how do you stay awake for the rest of the day?? Around noon or 1pm I’m always so sleepy, idk what to do 😩 Is it my diet maybe? I might not be eating right, I have no energy.

I’m up 5am for the gym, work 7:30-4:30, still have energy after work for all things that need to be done. I used to be like you - I crashed SO HARD mid day like barely functioning. I make sure to drink enough water…being hydrated actually helped my energy levels SO much. Make sure you eat enough protein! I also started using supplements to help regulate blood sugar and give me clean energy. Also don’t overdo it on the coffee 🤗. Come find me on IG if you want to chat!
