3 a week sounds fairly reasonable, at least to me. May want to increase or decrease it depending on how often you personally draw. 3 per week is around 12 drawings total for the month of October. Depends on how many Halloweeny ideas you have. For me personally, I try to doodle or color something at least every day or few days, even small things, not for productivity, but so that the habit of drawing stays natural to me.
