Have you ever read about attachment styles? If trauma is causing you to push good people away, that sounds like attachment trauma to me…specifically avoidant attachment. I highly recommend listening to Thais Gibson/Personal Development School podcast or YouTube. She’s brilliant. It takes work, but you’ve got this. 👍🏻
