i’ll start — mine is @iamjojo 🥹🩷 her debut album came out when I was in middle school, living in a DV shelter, and trying to figure out what life in the U.S. now meant for my mom, sister, and I. songs like “leave (get out),” “baby it’s you,” and “not that kinda girl” were on repeat for me as a lil’ ✨escape✨ (which is why i’m now sad that i didn’t get tix on time for her book signing next week 🤣🥲)
