Nakano broadway. It's a great mall in general that has a lot of cool used anime and gaming stuff. I also buy all my suitcases there... lol In the basement there is an 8 flavor soft serve tower (the one in my profile pic). Final fun note, it's where most of the gameplay in Digimon Cyber Sleuth took place.
