Your only called a "sinner" if you living in Sin/ committed to sin. You disregard God commandments knowingly. If your the opposite which is the righteous of God/obey the commandments and acknowledge God through all things and filled with God righteous spirit. You shouldn't be calling yourself a Sinner. Sin does not dwell with the righteous Spirit of God. A child of God doesn't dwell with Sin. You are a lair if you say you are God child but committeth sin daily like Satan Child.
