I don't know how many times people need to be told these facts: 1. Tariffs are NOT a tax on the exporting country. They are a tax on the importer who will raise the prices on products to consumers in the country that imports. 2. Cutting taxes for the wealthy just makes the wealthy richer. It does NOT trickle down. Please repost this. It apparently needs to be repeated ad infinitum.
