I’m not sure if anyone has said this already but how I started when I was not feeling the gym was finding activities I enjoyed. It’s all about getting active so it doesn’t necessarily have to look like a “traditional workout. I would bike ride, roller skate, dance videos, swim etc. I just found things I liked to do that didn’t feel like exercise. May try walking and to add some spice jump rope before after or in intervals. Hope this helps 😉
