Such a good reflection question! I have struggled with communicating my wants and feelings about a situation. This has led me to be a people-pleaser. It's much easier to do what my partner wanted than to try and express what I wanted because it never came out the way I truly intended.

When i was with that person all day in the night when i came home i didn't wanted to know anything about her but no in a bad way i was just to washed off from interaction and sometimes i would forgot to text her back that kind of make me feel bad but i didn't know at the time that i had Adhd

Many ways my husband for one doesn’t know what I struggle with to start.

Not being able to stop interrupting a conversation and being bored ..

They just don't get it. Thinking that you are slow and like a child. I hate it.

They leave because they can't stand that they can't predict me

I had to find someone who accepted that I’m “difficult” to society standards (AuDHD). That person is also on the spectrum. It’s been a beautiful 17 years of understanding and direct communication and feeling safe. Realistically, I don’t believe I’ll find this again.
