I’m aiming for a social media detox next month. I need some Line 2 time for this 6/2 Profile. I find my biggest reason for “grabbing my phone” (the addiction is real) is those little short moments between things that don’t feel long enough to “do” something.
Any ideas for healthier and more nourishing short and sweet things to do in those, 5, 10, 20 minute windows of my day?
