I’m super sick :( What do the gym people eat when they’re not feeling well but still want to maintain their routine. I can’t fathom eating my normal meals but still want something high protein and comforting

An entire block of silken tofu, miso broth, and rice. Such a comfort meal for me! That and PB toast. Dave’s Killer Bread bagels have a decent amount of protein. But I wouldn’t worry about missing 1-2 days of your ideal protein intake if you’re sick.
