Postpartum is kicking my ssa. And relationships of a lover, family members, friends, the criticism, the judgement. Doesn’t make it any better. Overwhelmed.

I know it sounds weird & it might be difficult depending on your situation but take more showers! I find frequently washing all of my negative emotions away has helped me so much as a mother of 3.

I feel you on this. The best advice I can give you is to take it one step at a time. Don’t look too far in the future and understand that your best is enough for your babies. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else and take time for yourself when you can.

Hey Mama 🤍 postpartum is intense! Try to slow down, rest and just bond with your baby. Journal and think of small ways that bring joy into your day. Don't forget about your light and your passions. Its so easy to get swallowed up by all the things and all the hormones. Be easy on yourself. please reach out if you wanna chat. I have been through my darkest moment postpartum and now I'm happier than I've ever been!! Ps you will get through it! Just keep showing up, reflect & rest
