I wasn't saying either of those things. I was stating a fact, as some disabled people have to go through a different process and don't have access to the specialist advisors the DWP have. It's all done between manager and disabled colleague. It sucks either way tbh. Nobody should have to wait that long, but equally expecting disabled colleague and manager to work it out isn't the best approach either.
