you see the problem with corporates is that there are numerous people and departments with an agenda, when they should have none.
these are supporting roles. things like HR, finance, procurement, IT, infosec, etc. They exist to enable other people and departments to do things.
the problem starts when these roles start believing they’re the main cast and getting in the way of others.
there’s absolutely no shame in having a supporting role.
