Started back on my wl journey last week with intermittent fasting 20+ hours (staying hydrated) + adding in low carb changes that worked for me in the past ..weighed myself this morning before I put my scrubs on here’s where I’m at. It’s small progress but it’s progress! I been here before can’t wait to see where I’ll be in the next weeks if I keep doing what I’m doing.
