@msnbc I heard Nicole Wallace saying that the Felon's use of the words "put out" during the debate meant to call VP Harris a slut. While I agree that there's no floor to his abasement, in this case I think he simply meant that Harris had "put out" the information about her race. I'm doubt he's capable of subtle semantic insult.
