Confession: I had half a scoop of pre-workout because I’m running on 5 hours of sleep. I know… terrible for recovery and gains. 😔 But life is full of obligations, and I still wanted to show up for myself.
What do you do to combat that feeling and push through despite low energy? Coffee helps me sometimes, or a scoop of pre-workout on occasion. 👀
