Reading thru the transcript of last night's debate. I was looking for that pause when VP Harris said " This..........." ( long dramatic pause, then ) ".... former President...." and I really couldn't find it. Only instance I could find was where she said "And this former president as president invited them to Camp David ...." (talking about the Taliban) Was that where the pause was?
