Word Count: 32,500/90,000 words. Now that I’m out of the rewriting stage and drafting, I’m struggling to get in the headspace of my characters and hearing their voices. I used to be able to hear my characters so clearly, and it’s a bit frustrating to not feel close to them right now. I imagine I just need time with them. To sit down in a different space to allow myself to be in their space. So that’s my plan this week! 🖤
