23 years ago, I was working in London for a global advertising firm. One of our US clients was in our office that day. Her daughter worked in the WTC. She was distraught as she wanted to get home asap but flights were suspended. We later found out her daughter didn’t make it. One of 2,996 victims that day. I visited ground zero in 2003 when it was still largely rubble and dust. Again in 2016 by which time this haunting museum and striking memorial had been erected. 9/11 never forget
