On Fuji, I have the 10-24, 16 1.4, 23 f/2, and Sigma 18-50, lots of overlap. I rarely use the 16 now, but it's my fastest lens, so I keep it. I feel that condensing that and the 18-50 into the Fuji 16-55 2.8 would be a good move. I got the 10-24 for cheap enough that I'm ok not using it a ton. I've just met people who own a single prime or just an X100 and I'm so jealous of them. I think mentally it'd be easier for me to do if I didn't live in Alaska, to be honest.
