One positive mental reframe I practice is thanking my past self. I literally say, “Thank you past Tyler”. Maybe, I discovered a much needed $10 that I put away or kept and now randomly need for gas or parking. Maybe, I took an extra course that I didn’t need but it helped me in another program down the line. Maybe, I set some important documents aside in a safe place and found them easily in a rush. Man…thank you past Tyler. You’re a lifesaver 💖😅
