My wife reminds my kids of the difficulties of working and raising kids in the 1990’s. She tells them that men expected even married women to be objectified and openly leered at. Here in the south, women didn’t complain they just took it if they wanted to work. The men were like Trump and this is the America Republicans want us to return to.
