1. Shifting my mindset from thinking of my mindfulness practices as a discipline to a special and sacred devotional practice. (from that came my treating my creativity as a kind of worship, as well.)
This started during my time in the tech world, when my anxiety was at an all-time high. though it did not dissipate entirely, I slowly began to notice a change in its texture. and I’m talking over the course of four YEARS. I was in it for the long game, but it doesn’t need to take you that long!
