I was recently talking to a guy friend about a woman we both know who has been on a serious hunt for a man for years. She’s incredibly beautiful, successful, and I find her lively and funny. She attracts men but her relationships never last over a month. I asked him why, and his response, without hesitation, “She’s desperate, and men can see right through her." He also mentioned that she doesn’t know who she is, so her standards are inconsistent.
