I don’t know what switch flipped in my head but I have gone from hating the gym thinking it was such a chore to go, to now I’m sitting here at work counting down until
I can go again tonight and genuinely looking forward to it. The only thing that changed? I told myself it was ok to only do 30minutes (15 cardio 15 weights) instead of trying to slog through an hour (30 cardio 30 weights). Once I did that the enjoyment started to follow and I’m still seeing the results I want.
