I see moms (mostly, but dads too) putting label on their kids without even giving it a thought. Calling the child stubborn, sensitive, disobedient only worsens the situation. Instead taking one moment to calm ourselves down first and then coming up with a more positive response to help the child rectify his mistake, help them figure out the way to solve a problem or change a particular behaviour, makes all the difference.
