After years of working out -“to be healthy”, I finally realized the correlations among working out, diet, and sleep. The most importantly thing I believe should be sleep, then diet. As for working out, to quote my trainer factoring in my experience, “that’s the easiest to do compared to others.”
I am trying to fix my sleeping.
Problems with sleeping: hard to fall asleep, arrhythmic sleeping schedules, difficult to stay asleep, sleep too much during the day, and stay up too late.
