No gym today.. woke up at midnight with chorro and nausea 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 ruined my early morning grind but it’s okay 👍🏽 that means I get to kill it tomorrow for biceps and back 🫡
Officially down to 140 lbs ‼️‼️‼️ it’s taking longer to get leaner for my body but I’ll get to my goal eventually. I can’t wait to see what my body will look like 7 to 8 lbs from now 🫣
