I haven’t seen a single good argument against this bill. People are saying that it will cause neighborhoods to be overcrowded, “eliminate” single family homes, and make it harder for emergency services (?) It’s all nonsense. To the NIMBYs, you know what’s really bad for culture? When there’s 0.0% of rentable units <$1,000. When people can’t afford to live. If you’re lucky enough to have a single family home now, congrats. If they’re “forced” to sell, it’ll be for unbelievable numbers
