Are you an early riser or a serial snooze hitter?
I thought I wasn’t a morning person for the longest time until I read Hal Elrod’s book The Miracle Morning. I recently fell off my routine bandwagon, but I made the choice to start again, this time adding in something new - a work out 🤯
I’m not gonna sugar coat it, I still want to sleep in and sometimes I do, but at least I’m trying.
I’m curious what motivates you to continue your morning routine?
