Imposter syndrome is REAL. I quit my job in January to move to a different school board. For non-teachers, this meant I was starting over as a supply teacher. I got an LTO (covering someone's extended leave) after a week and a half. I got a permanent job again in June. For context, with my old board, I did a combo of supply and LTO work for 3 years before landing a part time perm job. AND YET. My immediate and most invasive thought is, I have deceived everyone into thinking I'm good at this.
