It's astounding to me how comfortably (too many) Asian Americans use AAPI to describe their identity (or related things) and not even mean, see, hear, smell, or feel the PI part of it. and you will NEVER find a PI use AAPI to describe themselves unless they actually carry both identities. NEVER!
