Kind of a ridiculous position. I'm against send cluster munitions on principle, but saying Biden should go for a peaceful option is idiotic. The chances for peace are bountiful and easy. Russia can end their illegal invasion. That's it, that's all it would take for peace. Russia doesn't want to do that, so the war will go on. Nothing but the full retreat of Russia from Ukraine should preceed negotiations with Russia.
