Mine is….my apartment complex is on a Marina, there is nothing on either side of it so nowhere to go to or come from. There is no public parking, no other apartments, and we live on a culdesac. Yet EVERY SINGLE NIGHT when I go to bed between 10-11pm and look out the window, SOMEONE is walking right by my window. Perfectly walking by as a glance up when I get into bed. Usually not carrying anything. Not walking a dog. One guy was on crutches? It happens every single night like clockwork
