This post from Instagram really said it all about @what_is_adam_cooking. I had such a fantastic time working with him, properly lovely guy, with a really nice family too. Probably one of the best chef demos I've ever been involved in and I think I've done at least 60 over the years! No offence to anyone else, but this was almost a highlights show of all my favourite bits from all my previous demos! Just fabulous,..
