Did not feel like working out today, but wanted to get some movement in.
I did a quick an dirty 10 Minite EMOM(every minute on the minute)
Minute 1: 15 DB deadlifts
Minute 2: 12 DB shoulder rack lunges
Repeat each for 10 minutes
